Our Friendship Range includes benches, seats, planters and bins, all crafted from brightly coloured, hard wearing, durable materials such as recycled plastic and metal. Each item is made to standard adult street furniture sizes, making them suitable for every age group across the school.

 

What makes our Friendship range different is that you can customise the order of the coloured slats and personalise them with the wording of your choice. This could be a school motto, an inspirational quote, a dedication to a pupil or staff member or even a logo or character that means something special to your school.

The real strength of the Friendship Range lies in its ability to transform everyday outdoor furniture into something more meaningful. Our seats and benches can be personalised with inscriptions that promote kindness, empathy and inclusion, creating visible prompts for pupils to reach out to one another. Whether it is a lunchtime supervisor, a peer mentor or simply a friendly classmate, the idea is that anyone can approach and connect with someone using a Friendship Seat or Buddy Bench. It is a practical and thoughtful way to support social wellbeing and build a stronger, more caring school community.

PTA's work hard to support schools and could be a great way of helping to raise the necessary funds for a new Buddy Bench or Friendship seat to add to the playground. Anti-Bullying week is a particularly good time to fund raise for something that will enhance the playground and be around to help and support children at the school for many years to come. ​

Our friendship playground furniture is:

- Finished in stand out bright colours, which can be random / Rainbow / all one colour

- Can be customised with a meaningful phrase / school name / motto / memorial / donators name

- Decorated with a standard or unique design

- Customisation of the slats is generally engraved and infilled with acrylic to stand out

Our Street Furniture is made to order.  Lead time normally 3-4 weeks. Deliveries are to kerb side only and as such please ensure suitable manpower is available to unload and move your Street Furniture.

 

Most products are free standing however they can be fixed to the floor, but the Southampton Friendship Seat is only available for below ground fixing and as such requires holes to be dug and concreting in place.
